I am sure you still remember about “Britain’s Got Talent” Susan Boyle, who has become an overnight sensation after singing “I Dreamed a Dream” on the British talent show,  got a brand new look even after she vowed not to get a makeover.

At that time she said “Maybe I’ll consider a makeover later on,” she told the London Times on Saturday. “For now I’m happy the way I am  short and plump. I would not go in for Botox or anything like that. I’m content with the way I look. What’s wrong with looking like Susan Boyle? What’s the matter with that?”

Susan reportedly changed her mind when she saw herself on TV. The YouTube sensation (most watched youtube video ever!) dyed her hair, did her eyebrows and got brand new clothes.

Said Boyle: “I will need to sort out my dress sense and weight. It wasn’t until I saw myself on TV that I realized how frumpy I was. I want to look nice, and smart. I looked like a garage. It was mortifying to see and a bit of a shock. I didn’t realise I could reduce people to tears and I hope it wasn’t because of that.”

I know that Susan is still the same person; the talent is still there. I have nothing against this makeover and Susan definitely needed it a confidence boost!! Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden doesn’t agree: “She needs to stay exactly as she is because that’s the reason we love her. The minute we turn her into a glamour-puss is when it’s spoiled.” How about you? do you agree ?
