Reality stars Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin, who are going through a major relationship crisis in the public eye, are now being investigated by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor for possible violation of child labor laws on their TLC show “Jon & Kate Plus 8”.

The Jon and Kate Plus 8 investigation continues from the celebrity media for Jon and Kate Gosselin as “Mom to Monster” is in charge this week from Us Weekly magazine. The celebrity and entertainment mag has now dedicated four straight cover stories to the famous family that has its own show on TLC. It has turned uglier each week.

The next blast was for Kate’s hunky bodyguard. Mom was thought by many of getting way too close to Steve Neild, but they say absolutely nothing is going on and he is married. Still, the stories keep stacking up and this week will be no different as the headline claims that “Kate Gosselin Fired 40 Staffers in 3 Months!”

The magazine has the initial volley here and the story promises to explore even more including “Kate’s obsession with her own celebrity and freebies, what she’s really like as a mom.”
