Supermodel Stephanie Seymour is divorcing her husband Peter Brant after 16 years of marriage and three children, and still living in the same home. Read more on Seymour’s divorce below.
Stephanie Seymour and Peter Brant are involved in a bitter divorce, but still living under the same roof.
“It’s OK. I’m sleeping in the maid’s quarters,” Seymour told a friend. “I’m doing the best I can to keep things amicable. I want to be the bigger person. But it’s tough. He’s playing very dirty with me.”
Stephanie has been a model since the age of 16. Seymour is a former Victoria’s Secret Angel and a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model. Seymour dated rocker Axl Rose in the early 1990s and was in two Guns N’ Roses videos before meeting Brant, who was married and had five children.
Brant made his fortune with his White Birch Paper Co., which operates six pulp and paper mills.
Peter Brant is ready for a fight since Seymour filed for divorce two months ago. A friend said Seymour has come home to discover the locks had been changed.
The couple is due in court in Greenwich on Monday and will be ugly. Brant is wanting custody of their three children: Peter Jr., 15, Harry, 12, and Lilly, 4, and accuses Seymour of being an unfit mother.
“He’s got the children involved, and it’s not fair to them,” said a friend of Seymour’s. “She’s a big girl and she can take care of herself, but when it comes to her kids, I don’t know what’s going to happen.”

Peter Brant must be a rich, spoiled pain in the ass. I mean his first wife decided she was a lesbian after being married to him. Ms. Seymour seems like a nice woman. Let’s hope she gets half of his billions and the kids. These tycoons think they can scare people because they have money. He seems very small by dragging children into this.
